Information for Attorneys

We offer a wide range of professional expertise in our areas of practice. We offer our services primarily in two areas:

 We analyze medical records for areas of personal injury and medical negligence or malpractice and provide expert witnesses for personal injury clients.

  We provide expert witnesses for members of the medical profession with employment or misconduct issues as well as many other related services.

In all of our reviews, the major focus will be on the deviations from accepted medical practices as they are related to the situations in question. If multiple areas of deviations are discovered that are unacceptable, but not directly related to the situations in question, these areas will also be cited as evidence of the overall standard of care.

We strive for fairness on all sides. Our reports are suitable for use with plaintiffs or defendants. If   medical evidence is discovered to contradict the claim of negligence, we will provide our attorney/customer with this evidence as well.  This is to inform our attorney/customer of any valid potential opposing arguments that they may encounter in the medical records that could affect their client's case or be used by the opposition.
