COMPLIMENTARY MEDICAL Q & A SERVICE for practicing attorneys. We want to serve as your medical resource professionals. We are always happy to discuss a particular medical question or issue with you via the telephone by placing you in contact with a medical expert appropriate to you needs.

• Brief consultations are a complimentary service to practicing attorneys.
• Extensive professional consultations can be arranged.

Our fees vary with the specialty of the expert. Specific fee schedules are sent with each medical expert's curriculum vitae. Please contact our office for specific information and an estimate based on your specific needs.

EXPERT WITNESSES - REVIEWERS
Our experts are in active clinical practice and available as reviewers, testifying experts and consultants.

We will:

• Identify current existing injuries and pre-existing conditions, personal injury medical malpractice or Workmen's Compensation cases
• Offer pain and suffering nursing or physician analysis reports
• Identify additional developing diagnosis such as depression or malingering
• Brief reviews for merit and/or causation
• Offer support by additional experts for a more complete analysis of the medical issues.

• All work is by prior authorization of the attorney of record. Reports are verbal unless otherwise requested by the attorney of record.

REVIEWS - REPORTS

• INITIAL REVIEWS are designed to allow economical determination of the medical merits of a case before incurring further cost. Reviews are for merit and/or causation.
• DETAILED EXPERT REPORTS - If medical merit is discovered, the expert will continue with the review and prepare detailed reports per instructions of the attorney of record.

MEDICAL RECORD ORGANIZATION AND SUMMARY

• Organized, indexed and summarized.
• Maximize your office staff's time by allowing us to organize and summarize your records.
• Our work is based on the careful analysis of all of the medical records available to us.
• We maintain strict professional confidentiality, dealing only with the licensed professional who originally contracted with us. All medical records are returned to the attorney at the completion of our work.
• In all of our reviews, the focus is on your specific case need.

CUSTOMIZED REVIEWS - We tailor our reviews to our customers specific needs, usually at no additional fee.

EXPEDITED REVIEWS - Available at an additional fee.

MULTIPLE EXPERT REVIEWS - We offer a unique approach of combining medical experts when appropriate, thus avoiding the expense of obtaining separate and complete reviews from a variety of experts, as each expert reviews only their area of professional practice.

All fees are the responsibility of the attorney contracting with LDHP Medical Review Services Corp., not the opposition attorney or client. Fees are due at the time of service.
