  We are a group of medical professionals specializing in providing comprehensive medical record reviews, analyses, and consultations for Attorneys-at-law and members of the Insurance profession for the determination of medical personal injury, medical negligence and medical malpractice. Our reviews are for the purpose of discovering personal injury and medical negligence in multiple areas, not just Nursing Homes.

  We are medical professionals. Our backgrounds are widely diverse with experience and expertise in many fields of medicine. We represent several medical disciplines including physicians, nursing, various physical therapies, social service, nurse practitioners, home health care, hospice or terminal care, and medical professionals working with the developmentally disabled to name a few. We are active professionals within our own fields while also participating in medical reviews.

  Our goals are accuracy, integrity and excellent service. We take pride in offering an unprecedented level of commitment and quality service to our customers.

  As medical professionals we support what is generally an excellent standard of medical care, but are very motivated to eliminate poor quality care where it exists. Public awareness and education is one means of eliminating poor care, hence the purpose of our public educational materials.

About Our Professional Services

  In all of our reviews, the major focus will be on the relevant deviations from accepted medical practices as they are related to the situations and incidents in question. If multiple areas of deviations are discovered that are unacceptable, but not directly related to the situations in question, these areas will also be briefly cited as evidence of the overall standard of care, however the focus of our investigation will remain on the relevant issues.

  We provide Initial and Expert Analyses and Reviews of medical records for personal injury, negligence and malpractice. We are available as Expert Witnesses in our various fields of practice. We will customize analyses and reviews to fit your needs.

  We also offer telephone interviews for evaluating the medical validity of a client’s complaints to assist our Attorney-customer in deciding if they wish to proceed with a case prior to ordering a full "Initial Review" of the medical records. We will inform our Attorney-customer of the degree of medical probability of a particular issue to assist them in making their decision as to proceeding with an Initial Review. This saves our Attorney-customer valuable time and financial resources by not investing in cases with little or no medical merit.

  We are available to assist with evaluation of a case prior to the taking of a deposition and in preparation of questions for a deposition.

  We strive for fairness in ALL reviews regardless of the client’s position.
