This site was established primarilyas a resource for practicing attorneys-at-law desiring case assistance and medical expertise from medical professionals.

This site is maintained as a resource for attorneys-at-law and insurance professionals practicing in the areas of personal injury, patient abuse, medical negligence/malpractice, elderly and long-term care or who could represent medical professionals with grievance issues.

In addition, we attempt to provide some helpful information and offer resources to the general public. This is primarily in the area of nursing home care for the elderly, issues surrounding selecting good long-term care, and recognizing and preventing instances of undesirable, dangerous or negligent care. We strongly believe the best safeguard in preventing negligence and abuse is an informed public.
